Harvest First half of October by hand in small baskets.
Vinification Fermentation and maceration 4 weeks in steel vat or
epoxy covered cement. Malolactic fermentation, maturing
and aging 30 months in French oak barrels.
Bottle maturation 12 months.
Alcohol 13-14 % vol.
Bottling Without clarification and unfiltered.
Tasting notes Pomegranate red colour. Aroma of blackberries and wild
berries. Robust tannin character, rich in polyphenol.
Excellent wine with long life expectancy.
